A medium-sized vendor of the semiconductor industry performs spectroscopic measurements on outgoing goods. We developed a customized software library which analyzes the spectroscopic raw data and exports the results in various formats, including XML and well-designed PDFs.

The DLL features a C interface. It can be included in Windows programs written in C, C++ and C#. It can also be used from C-snippets from within WinCC.

We familiarized with the physical background and regulations for analyzation and export. The results are presented in clearly arranged tables and plots.
